RENEGADE RED CLOVER (Trifolium protense) Tall growing legume with erect, leafy stems with pink-purple or magenta flower heads. Branched taproot and extensive surface roots. Fall and Winter growth is slow, but Spring growth is rapid. Tolerates a wide range of soils from loam to clay.
