Torula yeast tablet that easily dissolves in water. For use in the trapping of Olive Fruit Fly. Place 3-4 tablets in the McPhail trap and fill with water to the line. The flies are attracted into the trap and drown. Replace the yeast tablets monthly. Make sure to add water as it evaporates when the weather is warm. You can also make your own traps by using a 1 - 2 liter plastic bottle. Drill or melt 5 mm holes around the top. Use 3-4 yeast tablets per liter of water. Flies attracted to the bait crawl in the holes and then drown. Replace the solution monthly. Some tablets may become broken in transport, these are still usable.

I already used this product from HarmonyFarm last year and it worked really well, as I had no worms in my olives, unlike the year before.

I'll be the first to say they are stinky in a good way to attract the flies, and mostly all flies. We got this and the traps for primarily for the olive fly worms. This year we had a really good crop of olives. Recommend product.

The yeast lures work like a dream. Just changed trap this morning and it was full of olive fruit flies. Looks like I'll be making marinated olives this year.

The lure with the trap works great on Caribbean fruit flies here in central Florida. Saved my peach crop.
I thought the shipping fee was excessive.

I was skeptical about whether the tabs would be enough to work, but the trap and the yeast lures worked very well. I'd say we were able to keep about 95% of the harvest on our two olive trees.

The price is per tab not for the three tabs shown in photo
